chEARmusic Nationals Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment Policies:
All payments must be made IN FULL by the dates defined to be eligible for the given rate. All payments received within 30 days of the first day of the event must be paid by money orders, cash (in person), PayPal (credit card capable), or certified funds (Bank/Cashier's Check), NO EXCEPTIONS. Information on acceptable forms of payment, where to send payment, and how to pay online can be found on our
Payment Page.
Cancellation Policies:
All cancellations must be submitted using the
Cancellation Form. Refunds for cancellations will be given as follows:
- Cancellation forms submitted 30 days before the first day of the event receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation forms submitted 15 days before the first day of the event receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation forms submitted less than 15 days before the first day of the event will receive a 0% refund.
